1. What file format is required for printing? For optimal results, please provide a high-resolution transparent PNG file at 300 Dpi resolution.

2. What is Direct to Film (DTF) Printing? DTF is an innovative technique for creating full-color designs on T-shirts and other garments. It involves printing on specialized film with textile-specific ink, followed by heat pressing the design onto the garment.

3. What is a Gang Sheet? A Gang Sheet allows multiple designs and colors to be printed on the same transfer sheet, optimizing the printing process.

4. What are the heat press instructions for DTF transfers?

  • Preheat the press to 280-300 F / 155-160 C.
  • Apply medium pressure (6 KG) for 9-13 seconds.
  • Allow the transfer to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
  • Use Cold Peel / Hot Peel method for removal.

5. Can you print a file with low resolution? Yes, we can print low-resolution files, but please note that the responsibility for print quality in such cases lies with the customer.

6. What are the recommended sizes for adult transfers?

  • Pocket: 4"
  • Baby Onesie: 5"
  • Toddler: 6"
  • Youth: 8"
  • Adult XS, S, M, L, XL: 11"
  • Adult 2XL, 3XL: 11.5"
  • Adult 4XL: 12"

7. How should I prepare my file using Adobe Illustrator? Create your design in Adobe Illustrator and adjust it within the size range of 22x20 to 22x200. Export your design as a PNG at 300 Dpi, ensuring there is no background.

8. Can I use Canva to prepare my file? Yes, Canva is an alternative for those who don't use Adobe Illustrator. For guidance, watch this tutorial:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFNH_K6PdvY

9. What is your turnaround time (TAT)? We strive to ship orders the next day.

10. Will you review my file before printing? Absolutely! Send your file to info@ultimoprint.com for a pre-order check.

11. Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, we provide express and overnight shipping options, which can be selected during the ordering process.

12. Do you offer UV DTF printing? Currently, UV DTF is not available, as it's unsuitable for products not resistant to pressure and high temperature.

13. Should there be space around and between images in the design? Yes, ensure there is adequate spacing between images and around the edges of your design.
