When you confirm your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms of service, including our policies on shipping, returns, and refunds.

Refunds & Reprints

We offer a 45-day policy for refunds and reprints.

If you need a refund or reprint, please get in touch with us within 45 days of receiving your order. We are happy to reprint any orders that have issues with print quality or adherence, except in cases where the provided files are of poor quality. Management approval is required for refunds or reprints for reasons unrelated to print quality.

For orders that include DTF Transfers, please ensure that you follow the design requirements carefully.

Before placing your order, verify that all details in your shipping address are correct. After placing your order, please review the order details in the confirmation email.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be a delay in processing your refund.
