Orders ship the same day or next day, depending on when images are received. Delivery typically occurs within 1-5 days.

Refunds & Reprints

You have 45 days from order receipt to request refunds or reprints. We automatically reprint orders with print quality or adherence problems at no charge. Low-quality uploaded files do not qualify for reprints, as final print quality depends on your source material. Other refund or reprint requests require management approval before processing.

Pressing Instructions

Set your heat press to 280-300°F with medium pressure (6 KG). Place the transfer face-up on the garment and cover with parchment paper. Heat press for 9-13 seconds, then let cool for 10 seconds before cold peeling. If the transfer does not adhere completely, repress for 15 seconds. After peeling, perform a final press for 15 seconds to enhance durability and reduce shine.
