First Press: Check that your design is in the right spot. Press down firmly at 300-315°F for 10-13 seconds. Test these settings first to find what works best with your heat press machine.
Peel Method:
a. Cold Peel: Wait until the transfer is completely cool before peeling. If needed, rub with a cloth to help release.
b. Hot Peel (Best Method): Remove the film right away with one quick, smooth pull.
c. Warm Peel: You can peel while the transfer is still warm, but for best results, we suggest using the hot peel method instead.
Second Press: Press firmly again at 300-315°F for 3-5 seconds to secure the design.
Note: Press with steady, even pressure across the entire design for the best bond. Keep your design away from pockets, seams, buttons, and zippers, as these can create uneven pressure and affect the results.
Polyester/Blend Fabric: These fabrics heat up fast, so use a lower temperature of 300°F and press for 10-12 seconds. Need stronger adhesion? You can press multiple times, but always let the fabric cool completely between each press.
100% Polyester: Set your press to a lower heat of 250-285°F for 3-8 seconds to protect the fabric. Test different combinations of time, temperature, and pressure to find the perfect match. If needed, you can press multiple times. Just make sure the fabric cools down between presses.
