Glow in the Dark DTF

Professional Results in Four Steps 

Follow these steps to ensure your DTF gang sheet transfers look professionally pressed every time.

Step 1 - Pre-Press Not Required. Our DTF transfers do not require pre-pressing or pre-ironing to remove moisture and wrinkles. Pre-press only if you prefer, but it's not necessary for quality results.

Step 2 - Design Positioning. Position your transfer in the desired location and ensure it lies flat before pressing. You can press across seams, including 6-panel hats and t-shirt side seams. Use heat-resistant tape when pressing hats or using household irons to prevent transfer movement.

Step 3 - Press and Peel Process

• Set temperature to 310°F (155°C) with medium to high pressure
• Press for approximately 12 seconds
• Test one piece first to determine optimal settings
• Use parchment paper or silicone cover to protect garments
• Wait a few seconds, then peel the transfer film

Troubleshooting During Application 

If design areas don't adhere properly, reposition the film and press again with increased pressure and temperature (+15°F). Continue increasing heat by 15°F increments until transfer adheres correctly. Repeated pressing will not damage our DTF transfers.

For scorching issues, reduce pressure first. If problems persist, maintain reduced pressure and lower temperature by 10-15°F. Practice helps you find optimal settings for different garment materials.

Step 4 - Final Press for Superior Quality. After removing the transfer film, cover the design with parchment paper and press for 15 seconds. This crucial final step significantly improves durability and softness while reducing shine. This extra step sets our transfers apart from standard single-press applications.

You can modify your gang sheet layout anytime before finalizing your order. Add or remove designs, adjust sizes, or rearrange positioning until you're satisfied. Contact us immediately after ordering if changes are needed. Modifications may be possible if production hasn't started.

Can I combine different specialty DTF options on one gang sheet? 

Standard DTF designs can be combined on one sheet, but specialty options like Glitter, Glow-in-the-Dark, or Foil DTF require separate sheets due to different printing processes. Build separate gang sheets for each specialty type you need.
